Obituaryum.com allows users to create a site to pay tribute to family and close friends. The site can be collaboratively personalized with candles, flowers, photos, descriptions, and videos. Each site has a unique URL for easy sharing through social media platforms, email, and text messaging. The site can be created for free and will be available to the public; however, a small one-time fee is required to activate additional features and enhancements. Users can choose to make the site private (accessible by password) or public. The aim of Obituaryum.com is to provide a shared space for fond memories and to welcome others to write or leave tributes to the person for whom the tribute site has been created.
- Description of the Service. Obituaryum.com offers users an open, collaborative service dedicated to creating and publishing tributes to deceased friends and family members. Tributes may include personal details, photographs, memorial messages, and other related content according to the user's preferences.
- Eligibility. Use of this Site is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older. By registering or using the Site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
- Eligibility for Minors. Minors under the age of 18 may use the service with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
